Gypsum Grill Opens at Mines Golf Course in Grand Rapids
Looking for a new restaurant to try with a scenic view? A new eatery on a golf course minutes from downtown Grand Rapids is now open.
The Mines Golf Club is located at 330 Covell Ave SW. Owners say it offers "18 holes of rolling fairways and undulating bent grass greens."
It gets its name from sitting 150 feet above gypsum mines that were utilized as early as the 1860s.
